    Yogurt and herb marinated chicken topped with Pineapple and shaved jalapenos 
  • Musakhan Carnitas
    Confit pork shoulder with sumac Baharat, topped with raw onion and cilantro

    Spiced rubbed skirt steak with grilled onions, cilantro and lime
  • Cochinita Pibil
    Traditional Yucateca style pulled served with pickled red inion and lime

Braised chicken picadillo inside crispy pastry served with curtido and
a choice of 2 dips

    Saffron Isreali cous cous, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and feta
  • Roasted Poblano Hummus
    Topped with pickled peppers and served with warm spiced pita bread
  • Carrot and Feta Salad
    Shredded carrots, parsley, avocado, feta, in a lemon-jalapeno vinaigrette
