Cultivare Greens & Greens is the nutritious and delicious creation of partners Kerry and Kevin Goebel, Kasim Hardaway, Nam Cu, and Culinary Director Joey Del Ciello. Using only the freshest local ingredients along with products like breads and tortillas from local vendors in Kansas City, Cultivare’s dishes aim to eliminate trade-offs. Eating healthy does not have to mean losing flavor and craveability!
The menu at Cultivare’s second location inside Parlor features favorites from the concept’s flagship location in Overland Park with some new dishes created for the food hall. You’ll find the signature salads including the Hanoi Chicken with fresh greens and marinated chicken thigh topped herbs and sambal candied peanuts, the Mexican Caesar with jalapeno, toasted pepitas, chili-lime tortilla strips, and grilled chicken topped with pico de gallo, and Steak & Gorgonzola salad with gorgonzola crumbles, marinated steak, and more.
New menu items available at Parlor only include Steak and Gorgonzola sliders along with the highly anticipated Chimichurri Steak sliders. Signature staples from Cultivare including the vegan Chimichurri Bowl and the Southwest Bowl are also available in the Parlor kitchen, plus Cultivare’s famous hummus.
Cookies from Kansas City’s own Woodland Cookies are also available to soothe your sweet tooth!
