Farm to Market bread has been a KC staple since 1993, and co-owner John Friend is adamant that perfect bread is made authentically and naturally, start to finish. Farm to Market bread is baked using all organic starters, just blocks away at F to M headquarters and delivered warm out of the oven every morning. EGG BUN BUILD-YOUR-OWN-BURGER

BBQ Pulled Pork

Eight-hour smoked pork butt topped with mustard BBQ sauce and pickles on an egg bun. 

Cuban 

Eight-hour smoked pork butt, ham, swiss cheese, yellow mustard, and pickles on Ciabatta.

Gooey Grilled Cheese 

House-made pimento cheese spread on chile cheese sourdough. Add tomatoes, bacon, ham, turkey.

Sub

Salami, Mortadella, Prosciutto, provolone, roasted red pepper and arugula with pepper and olive aioli on an Italian sub roll. 

Turkey Club

Broadway butcher turkey, bacon, avocado spread, lettuce, and seasonal tomatoes on San Francisco sourdough. 

Parisian 

Prosciutto, crisp apple, arugula and brie cheese with balsamic vinegar on a French baguette. 

Pastrami

House-made Pastrami, sauerkraut, 1000 island dressing, and swiss cheese on Rye.

French friends tossed with a special spice blend and topped with out poblano cheese cause, bacon, sour cream, and green onions. 

Pastrami Burnt End Sliders 

Tender burnt ends made from our house-smoked pastrami topped with mustard BBQ cause and pickles on an egg bun slider (3).

Pretzel Bread Pudding 

House-made bread pudding topped with salted caramel sauce.

Brioche Waffle

Farm to Market brioche dough baked in a waffle iron and topped with seasonal ice cream from Betty Raes.

Doughnuts
