Sushi Mo

Sushi MO!, from restaurateurs Sarah Nelson and Louis Guerrieri, adds sushi rolls, bento boxes and homemade condiments to Parlor’s lineup. Sushi MO! plans to push the boundaries of traditional sushi rolls, creating versions with ingredients inspired by cuisines from around the world. The restaurant also makes several house-made sauces, including a barrel-aged soy sauce; special stamina sauce, which is a spicy garlic sauce; and a spicy black bean sauce made from fermented black beans. House-made pickled items make an appearance in the bento box entrees and several of the rolls.


All rolls made to order and come with one side of soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger.
