Una Mas

Silvia Herrera grew up in Buenos Aires, where her mother and grandmother cooked fresh, delicious meals daily, inspiring her love for cooking and sharing the rich flavors of Argentina. After moving to Kansas City, she carried on her grandmother’s 50-year recipe tradition, preparing meals for family and friends. Encouraged by their praise of her empanadas, she launched “Una Mas Empanadas,” a food truck in Gardner, KS. They quickly grew, partnering with Parlor to bring their handmade empanadas to Kansas City, sharing their Argentinian culture one bite at a time.
