Blackened shrimp, honey chipotle cabbage and poblano slaw, and crispy fried tajin dusted onions.

MANCHEGO POTATO TACO

Whipped potatoes with Spanish manchego cheese, stuffed into a corn tortilla and fried, topped with cilantro ranch crema and pickled onion (vegetarian).

Lime honey chipotle marinated grilled chicken tossed in smokey tomato puree topped with corn salsa, pickled and fried onions, with a onion cilntro queso fresco.
